RETURNS & REFUNDS
We want you to love what you choose from CALIPH. Because fragrance is a personal-use product, we are unable to accept returns of fragrances that have been opened, sprayed or used.

Unopened Products
Unopened and unused products may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they remain in their original packaging and are in resalable condition.
To request a return, contact us at [CUSTOMER SERVICE EMAIL] with your order number and reason for return.

Please do not send any item back without first contacting us.

Opened Fragrances
For hygiene and product-integrity reasons, fragrances that have been opened, sprayed or used are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Not sure which fragrance is right for you? We recommend experiencing our Discovery Set before committing to a full-size bottle.

Discovery Sets
Discovery Sets and individual fragrance samples are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Personalized & Custom Orders
Products that have been personalized, engraved, specially packaged or otherwise customized cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged, defective or materially different from what was ordered.
This includes custom products created for CALIPH Perfume Bar events.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [CUSTOMER SERVICE EMAIL].
Include:

-Your order number
-A brief description of the issue
-Clear photographs of the product and packaging

We will review the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund.

Return Shipping
Unless the return is the result of an error by CALIPH or the product arrived damaged or defective, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Final Sale Items
Items marked Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
